ORDINANCE 2003-03

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1997-05 IN RESPECT TO SECTION 4 FINES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 1997-05 AND THE AMOUNTS THEREOF.

THEREFORE; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS;

SECTION l. That Section 4 of Ordinance 1997-05 is amended as follows; that at officer's discretion, the first offense would be a verbal warning, the second offense would be a citation issued with a twenty-five dollar ($25) fine plus court costs and the third offense would be a two-hundred fifty dollar ($250) fine plus court costs.

SECTION 2. Repealer: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
