ORDINANCE 2019-13

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2007-06 REGARDING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO THE CITY OF GASSVILLE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS; The City Council of Gassville, Arkansas has deemed necessary a change to the compensation for the City of Gassville Building Inspector position; and

WHEREAS; The new compensation for the Building Inspector position is included in the 2020 fiscal year budget of City of Gassville.

NOW, THERFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS:

THAT SECTION IV: of Ordinance 2007-06 is amended to the following:

SECTION IV: BUILDING INSPECTOR'S COMPENSATION
The Building Inspector shall be compensated $600.00 (six-hundred dollars) monthly and have a fuel expense not to exceed $200.00 (two-hundred dollars) monthly. These expenses will be reflected in the General Fund of the City of Gassville beginning with the 2020 fiscal year budget.

FURTHERMORE, The Building Inspector waives the right to any percentage of permits or fees due to the Building Inspector's office and that all monies (100%) for said permits and fees shall be deposited into the General Fund of the City of Gassville.
