The Tenth Judicial District Court handles traffic offenses/criminal misdemeanors in the City - Civil jurisdiction up to $25,000 and small claims jurisdiction up to $5,000 for contract and damage to personal property claims.

The Court Clerk is located inside City Hall. The Court Clerk is available to receive payments by cash, check or money order during the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
