ORDINANCE 2001-02

AN ORDINANCE RECONCILING TIIE PROJECTED BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS FOR THE YEAR 2000 WITH THE ACTUAL INCOME AND EXPENSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS THAT:

WHEREAS: It is determined that the projected budget for 2000 and the actual income and expenses vary.

WHEREAS: The City Council of the City of Gassville has received monthly reports of all financial transactions which took place, and has approved all changes.

It is therefore ordained by the City Council of the City of Gassville, Arkansas that the following reconciliations be approved.

SECTION 1: GENERAL FUND

WHEREAS, It is necessary for the efficient operation of municipal government that a budget be planned and amended when necessary: Now, therefore, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
