ORDINANCE 2021-03

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 98-08 SPECIFICALLY FOR PUBLISHING COST ASSOCIATED WITH THE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE PETITION FOR REZONING OF PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GASSVILLE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 

WHEREAS, publishing cost for public hearing notices have increased since the adoption of Ordinance 98-08 (Planning and Zoning and all applicable forms) and Form 2 item# 10 in the petition form states the applicant is to pay $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) as a filing fee to the City Clerk; and 

WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the petition for rezoning application to reflect today's cost for publishing expenses.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS: 

SECTION 1. That the planning and zoning petition for rezoning application Form 2 item #10 is amended to read as follows: The application filing fee of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) and the order confirmation (attached) for the actual cost of the published public hearing notice advertisement has been paid to the City Clerk.
