AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 120 WITH REFERENCE TO ZONING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS RELATIVE TO CHANGING AN AREA ZONED RESIDENTIAL (R1) TO RESIDENTIAL (R2).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT A PROPER PETITION WAS FILED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER REQUESTING A CHANGE IN ZONING; THAT SAID PETITION WAS SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS; THAT A NOTICE OF THE SAID PETITION AND A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON WAS PUBLISHED IN A NEWSPAPER HAVING A LOCAL CIRCULATION AS REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 120; THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WAS HELD; THAT ALL REMONSTRANCES WERE HEARD, AFTER WHICH THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED THAT ALL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER BE REZONED.
THAT THE FOLLOWING REAL ESTATE IN GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS LOCATED BETWEEN 208 KEMP STREET AND 216 KEMP STREET, AND OWNED BY DEAN AND IRENE BAIN, BE, AND IS HEREBY CHANGED IN ZONING FROM RESIDENTIAL (R1) TO RESIDENTIAL (R2).
