Please return the signed application along with your check or money order by Friday, 5/3/24. Send application and fees to the address listed below.
Booth fees are nonrefundable and priced as follows:
10 x 10 without electricity: $25
10 x 10 with electricity (one 110 plug): $40 (limited spaces available)
Major Food Concessions (3 maximum): $40 with electricity.
We have no 220/50 amp. If you need more power, bring a generator. Note: No AC Units are to be used at Electrical Hookups.

Vendors are expected to stay Open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. and shall not dismantle before the official end of the Event.
There will be a cash drawing 5 minutes after the close of the festival. All vendors who remain open from 10 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. are eligible to win CASH! Vendors are responsible for cleanup and removal of trash from your booth space.

Set up begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday. All vehicles must be moved to the official parking area by 9:00 a.m.
Designated parking for vendors is on the Ball Field or the Field South of the Park
I have read and agree to hold the management and sponsors of the 20th Annual GASSVILLE IN THE PARK free from any liability/damage by reason of injury to person or property by the exhibitor, their helpers or employees, theft, water damage or breakage, whether caused negligently, willfully or otherwise.
Vendors are responsible for all taxes due to the Dept. of Finance and Administration for all applicable sales of their products. Form ST 370 Special Events Tax Report and instructions will be provided.
