Water Department

The Water and Sewer Billing Department is located inside City Hall. A  drive thru window service and after hours payment drop box (No Cash Please!) is located on the north side of the building with business hours of 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.

Accepted forms of payment: cash, check or money order. In addition, we also offer bank draft. Bank drafts are submitted on the 15th day of the month. You may download the Bank Draft Form then email it to us.

If you prefer to pay by credit card, we offer payment through https://gassville.viewmybill.net/

You may also call (855) 483-5729 to make a credit card payment. The Code is 7263511 for all online or phone payments.

If you are a new Customer, please download and complete the Customer Water Agreement to begin new service, then bring the completed form along with photo ID to the Water Department.

If you are Renting a house, please download and complete the Renter Water Agreement to begin service, then bring the completed form along with photo ID to the Water Department. 

If you are a new Sewer only Customer Please download and complete the Sewer Only Agreement.
