ORDINANCE 2023-05

AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RECONCILIATION OF CITATIONS ISSUED BY THE CITY OF GASSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE GASSVILLE DIVISION OF BAXTER COUNTY DISTRICT COURT. 

WHEREAS, There is need by ordinance to designate person(s) to be primarily responsible for the reconciliation of citations issued by the Gassville Police Department in the Gassville Division of Baxter County District Court. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS: 

SECTION 1. That the Police Chief and Mayor of the City of Gassville shall be the designated persons to reconcile citations issued by the City of Gassville Police Department for the Gassville Division of Baxter County District Court.
