ORDINANCE 1976-120 ATTACHMENTS
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EXISTING CITY ORDINANCE ON ZONING CREATING TWO RESIDENTIAL ZONES, PROVIDING THAT "R1" SHALL BE LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY CONVENTIONAL TYPE DWELLINGS, PLUS STATED PERMITTED USES, AND PROVIDING THAT "R2" SHALL BE FOR LOW MODERATE DENSITY NEIGHBORHOODS WHICH PERMITS ALL TYPES OF RESIDENTIAL USES, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it is found and determined by the City Council of Gassville, Arkansas, that there is not now any adequate provision for dealing with certain types of residential uses in the city of Gassville under the existing zoning laws and
WHEREAS, it is found and determined the the City Council of Gassville, Arkansas, that there is now a need in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of this city and in order to provide for proper and orderly growth and proper fire protection, that certain amendments be made to the said zoning law,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS, that the Comprehensive Development Plan for Gassville, Arkansas is hereby amended as follows:
1. Page Z-6 thereof is repealed and deleted an in place thereof is hereby inserted a new page Z-6 to read as set out in page Z-7 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. Page Z-7 thereof is repealed and deleted and in place thereof is hereby inserted an new page Z-7 to read as set out in page Z-7 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. Page Z-11 thereof is repealed and deleted and in place thereof inserted a new page Z-11 to read as set out in page Z-11 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
4. Said Comprehensive Development Plan for Gassville, Arkansas, is hereby further amended by adding thereto after page Z-7 as herein amended the attached page Z-7a and by adding thereto after page Z-7a as herein amended page Z-7b.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, that there is hereby found and determined that and emergency exists endangering the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the city of Gassville and that this ordinance should be in effect immediately upon its passage.
