Gassville in the Park Vendor Application

2025 Gassville in the Park Vendor Application are now available! This year's event will be held on June 7, 2025. 

Spaces will be reserved as payment is received.

Please print and return your signed application along with your check or money order by Friday, 5/09/25. 

Booth fees are nonrefundable and priced as follows:
• 10 x 10 without electricity: $25
• 10 x 10 with electricity (one 110 plug): $40 (limited spaces available)
• Major Food Concessions (3 maximum): $40 with electricity.

We have no 220/50 amp. If you need more power, bring a generator. No AC Units are to be operated at Electrical Hookups.

Vendors are expected to stay open 10 am until 4 pm and shall not be dismantled before the official end of the event. There will be a cash drawing 5 minutes after the close of the festival. All vendors who remain open from 10 am until 4:00 pm are eligible to win CASH! Vendors are responsible for cleanup and removing trash from your booth space.
