Notice of Special Election
NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION
It is hereby proclaimed that a Special Election will be held for the City of Gassville, Arkansas (the "City") on the 5th day of March, 2024, at which there shall be submitted to the electors the question of the adoption of a 0.5% local sales and use tax within the City, the net collections of which remaining after deduction of the administrative charges of the State of Arkansas and required rebates will be used for water and sewer purposes.
Only qualified electors of the City will have the right to vote and the electors may vote either for or against the question as described above.

Sat: Feb. 24th 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

An objection to the service of an election official, deputy county clerk, or additional deputy must be filed as follows:
An objection must be filed with the County Clerk in writing prior to the following deadlines:
An objection that an official is a spouse of a county party chair must be filed within 7 (seven) days of February 9th.
An objection that an official is married to a candidate or related to a candidate within two degrees of blood relations must be filed within 10 (ten) days of February 9th.
