The City of Gassville, Arkansas (Baxter County Pop. 2,171) is accepting applications for the position of Full-Time POLICE OFFICERS.

Starting salary range for full-time (non-certified) is $16.50 up to $19.50 hr. for (certified) officer with benefits including paid health insurance, LOPFI retirement (officer contributes 3.5 percent city contributes 24 percent), sick time, and vacation for full- time positions.  The city police department works 12 hr. shifts and offers a take -home vehicle up to 10 highway miles from the city and within Baxter County. Applications may be obtained at City Hall located at 204 S. School St. during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or the city website wwwcityofgassville.org in the Police Department tab. Applications will be accepted until positions are filled.
