NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with City Ordinance No. 2022-06, a public hearing shall be held by the Gassville City Council on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Center located at 204 S. School St. The hearing is to allow property owner(s), or their appointed representative of property located at 104 Hopper St. (George Bernardy) and 516 Hwy 62 (James McGowne) to discuss these properties in the City of Gassville. These properties shall be considered for nuisance/condemnation proceedings by a Resolution of the Gassville City Council during the regular monthly meeting following the public hearing.
