ORDINANCE 2025-02 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2024-05 FOR PERSONAL TIME USE POLICY FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 

WHEREAS, all paid time for employees of the City of Gassville begins accruing from the date of hire until the anniversary date of hire; and 

WHEREAS, personal time of (16) hours is granted to all employees of the City of Gassville at the date of hire and shall be used by the anniversary date of hire of the employee with no carryover of time. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS: 

That page 6 Ill. Personal of the Personnel Handbook is amended to read as follows:
All City of Gassville employees shall be granted sixteen (16) hours of personal time at the date of hire there is no carryover of this time allowed and the employee will be granted sixteen (16) hours at their anniversary date of hire every year.
